Green Quay
South Quay, Kings Lynn
The centre at Green Quay is based in Marriot's, a Tudor warehouse built in the 1580's next to the River Ouse. It aims to inform and educate schools and the public about the Wash and the fragile environment around it. It stages exhibitions and has a licensed cafe and bar and conference facilities. Tales of the Old Gaol House

Lynn Museum
Market Street, King's Lynn, PE30 1NL
The museum tells the story of West Norfolk and has a display of Iceni gold coins and exhibits about Lynn's maritime heritage. Family activities and an audio guide are available. Its major attraction is the Holme timber circle (known as Seahenge) - a 4,000 year old timber circle from the Bronze Age, excavated in 1999, and believed to have been used for religious purposes.
